In “Romeo and Juliet”, tragedy is spread all across the play, but who is to blame is Juliet's

parents (The Capulets). In the play her parents were forcing Juliet to marry Paris in which she
did at all costs didn’t want to get married with him. She snuck around her parents to have a
relationship with Romeo so when this happened this caused uproar in both families. Lives were
lost on both sides, causing romeo being exiled out of Vareena because he killed a Capulet that
killed his friend. Capulet said “ But fettle your fine joints ’gainst Thursday next To go with Paris
to Saint Peter’s Church, Or I will drag thee on a hurdle thither.” (William Shaskpere, Act 3,
Scene 5) This shows that Capulet was violently forcing Juliet to marry Paris and Julet was
having an affair with her parents because she actually loved Romeo. This caused Juliet to other
things by it stating “To marry Paris. Wednesday is tomorrow. Tomorrow night look that thou lie
alone;Let not the Nurse lie with thee in thy chamber. Take thou this vial, being then in bed, And
this distilling liquor drink thou off;” and later Lady Capulet stating “Alack the day, she’s dead,
she’s dead, she’s dead” (William Shaspeke, Act 4 Sceane 5) This seems like Juelet was dead,
but she wasn’t because she drank a potion to make her seem dead so she doesn’t get married
with him, but waking up and running away with Romeo. If the Capulets never forced Juliet to
marry Paris, the other things in the play that were stated, never would of happened. However
since they did this, lots had to suffer including Julets and Romeos Death. Romeo’s friend seeing
her dead without knowing the plan, told Romeo in which he killed himself. He thought she was
dead before Friar that made the potion could give him a letter that stated that she was sleeping.
Then when Julet woke up she saw him actually dead killed her self to be with him in Heaven. It’s
a shame that the Capulets caused people to die and even her OWN daughters death.
