CONTRACT TERMS & CONDITIONS

TERMS OF PAYMENT:
50% Upon signing of contract and planning
10% Upon approval of the concept
20% Upon completion of shooting
10% Upon submission of the first cut
10% Upon submission of the final cut

OTHER TERMS:
• ALL CHECK PAYMENT MUST BE PAYABLE TO: DADIANGAS
BALITA/ BREWED STORIES MULTIMEDIA PRODUCTION
• Schedule of payment shall be strictly implemented
• All agreements must be in written communication
• Engagements will only commence after a signed contract
between BREWED STORIES MULTIMEDIA PRODUCTIONS,
DADIANGAS BALITA and the client.
• Food, accommodation, fuel/ airfare are not included in the
package
• Cancellation of the contract will retain payments made for
completed transactions
• The Mindanao Now team (Brewed Stories and Dadiangas
Balita) reserves the right to know all possible risks that may
affect the security of personnel and may cause damage to
equipment and client should provide the necessary
alternative.
• All additional requests will be evaluated and agreed jointly.
Otherwise, all additional items will be charged accordingly.
