Design Checklist

We have noticed on multiple email and website projects that it has taken us a large effort to
check for small design issues. Thus, we have worked out this checklist for our partners, to go
through before sending us work for approval. Kindly check the below parameters before you
send us any work for approval in order to reduce mutual iteration efforts.

Fonts Size Are the applied font sizes consistent across the complete work? ☐
Font type Does the work contain consistent font types? ☐
Does the used font type match the client’s CI/CD? ☐
Font color Are the applied colors consistent across all text passages? ☐
Alignement Is the same text alignment chosen across the complete work? ☐

Colors Type Does the used font type match the client’s CI/CD? ☐
Consistency Are colors chosen consistent across the complete work? ☐

Shapes Types Are the shapes for CTA’s and other functionalities consistent? ☐

Distances Consistency Are Distances between sections, text passages and CTA’s consistent ☐
across the complete work?

Mobile Distances Are the distances between e.g. text and CTA’s chosen in a way that ☐
they are mobile friendly?

Appearance Does the work look good on mobile version too? ☐
