customers a completely new experience and far higher quality product. With innovation, we can
transform ideas into products based on the trends in the fast-paced change in the market.
INVESTMENT/FUNDING INFORMATION
Our main concerns will be aggressive time management so that our labor costs stay under control. Proper
purchasing, food handling and preparation of dishes is one of our main concerns so that food waste will
not occur, thereby controlling the cost. To achieve this, we will hire chefs whether experienced or not,
and train them extensively so as to control and maintain good quality and cost.
