Describe the Process to apply certificate of proposed strata plan. (10 marks) QUESTION 2 a) Describe the following terms based on provisions in the National Land Code 1965: i) Schedule of parcel ii) Share units ill) Certificate of propose strata plan iv) Certified strata plan ‘Common property Land Office Titles Registry Titles Qualified Titles ix) Final Titles (12 marks) b) Stratum titles are titles in terms of cubic volume alienated by State Authority for underground land. Describe the types of stratum titles that can be alienated. (13 marks) QUESTION 3 @) Final titles to land can only be registered after the lands are surveyed. Describe the survey for land titles as required under National Land Code 1965. You should answer according to the following topic: i) What need to be done during the survey? (6 marks) li) What action need to be taken if there are differences in the area or the shape of the land compared to the approved area? Discuss the requirement that must be fulfilled before the Director of Survey approve the survey plan. You should include in the discussion all processes of the survey for land titles. (10 marks) QUESTION 4 a) All States in Peninsular Malaysia except Penang have Malay Reservation legislations. Describe the restrictions imposed upon land subjected under Malay Reservation. (11 marks) b) State Authority may declare any area of State land in the State to be Group Settlement Area. Explain the procedure to declare the area of State land in the state as Group Settlement area. (7 marks) c) Lands alienated under Group Settlement Area 1960 are subject to certain restrictions.
