Checking Indicators on the TE30
The Indicator Is... Meaning
Blinking green Being started or upgraded.
Steady green Working properly.
Blinking green strongly In sleep state.
and weakly in turn
Steady red Powered off but still connected to the power supply.
Off Disconnected from the power supply.
Blinking red Confronted with a fault, such as a self-check error,
overheating, and software malfunction.

Status of indicators on the TETE60
The Indicator Is... Meaning
Blinking blue twice per second Being started.

Steady blue Working properly.


Steady purple Powered off (If the power switch is ON, powered off the endpoint by pressing on the remote control).

Blinking green strongly and weakly in turn In sleep state.

Blinking blue four times per second Being upgraded.

Blinking blue once Responding to a remote control operation. (The endpoint can respond to remote control operations
only when working properly.)

Blinking red twice per second Working at a high temperature.

Blinking red four times per second Confronted with a temperature fault. The temperature sensor inside the endpoint cannot sense the
current operating temperature. As a result, the fans rotate too fast and very loudly.

Blinking red Faulty.
