Dear Customer:

External users can access Oracle SFTP server sftp.oracle.com at port 2021 using the GUI SFTP
client FileZilla on Windows. This is an example of a SFTP client that can be used to connect to
Oracle SFTP. Please download the FileZilla client from https://filezilla-project.org/download.php

Files can only be downloaded from a directory with the directory name “outgoing” in the path.

From the main FileZilla window, open the Site Manager by selecting, “Site Manager” under the
File menu.
Enter the following information:

Host: sftp.oracle.com
Port: 2021
Protocol: SFTP – SSH File Transfer Protocol
Login Type: Normal
User: (Enter your Oracle Single Sign-On account)
Password: (Enter your Oracle Single Sign-On password)

NOTE: As External Users you are not allow to list any directory or path inside Oracle SFTP environment,
so you won’t see any file if you try to list. We have made sure the files are in the SFTP server and are
available to download. Please find below the instructions to download the files with Filezilla:

click on "Transfer" menu and click "Manual Transfer" or press CTRL+M


You will see the below screen. Select the option "Download".

Enter this path excluding the filename into the "Remote path:" field and enter the filename into the
"File:" field on the right side of this window.

Remote Path: /support/outgoing/SR Number

Click on "Browse" to select the location on your local computer to save the file.
Select the "Start transfer immediately" option located at the bottom of this window and click Ok to start
the download.

NOTE: You will have to follow the same instructions provided above to download the second file.
