Dear Sir/Madam:

Greetings of Peace and Prosperity!

In response to the invitation of the LGU of El Salvador City for its Inauguration,
the Students Choir of Cogon National High School will be joining the program which
will be held on September 28, 2019.
Also, the students choir of Cogon National High School will perform in the world
teacher’s day on October 5, 2019 at Limketkai Mall, Cagayan de Oro City.
However due to the big number of our students which will be joining the events
and scarcity of financial resources our students and school have, the school cannot
accommodate the transportation expenses of the students.
In lieu thereof, we would like to ask for your assistance to let us use your vehicle
for the transportation on the above-mentioned dates.
Your utmost support matters a lot in this endeavor.
