MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT:

This MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT is made entered unto and executed by and between:

SAMA INTERNATIONAL RECRUITMENT SERVICES CO. a SEC Registered and a land based POEA
Licensed Agency located in 2nd Flr Solemil Building, 1248 J. Bocobo Street, Ermita Manila. Republic of
Philippines, Represented by its CEO / President, PRECIOUS K. VALENCIA, herein referred to as the
FIRST PARTY.
- And -

JESSER ALTHAGAH RECRUITMENT OFFICE, a Foreign Licensed and Registered Company, with
office address at Almunsiyah, Dammam Road District, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Represented by
its President / Owner BADER O. ALMUTAIRI; herein after referred to as the SECOND PARTY.

Witnessed:
WHEREAS, Second Party, agrees on the TERMS and CONDITION of the First party including all the
policies and procedures in the Employment Contract and in the accreditation signed by both party.
WHEREAS, both parties agreed on the following terms and conditions
Second party agreed to pay the first party the amount of TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED
DOLLARS ( $ 2800.00 USD ) as processing fee for both Christian and Muslim.

Second party agreed to remit the TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS ( $ 2800.00 USD )
when Visa stamped, OEC Release and ready for Booking.
It is agree that Payment must be sent before the confirmation of Booking.
Second Party Warrants and Agreed to monitor religiously the Household worker to resolve and settle
problems of the worker with their employers on Delayed, Underpayment, Nonpayment of salaries,
Contract Violation, Physical or Verbal abuse, Maltreatment, Sexual abuse, Harassed, Detained and
Bringing workers. All the above cases must be settled between the Household worker and Employer in
front of the SECOND PARTY.

Failure to immediately resolve the concern and the issue; and depends on the severity of assessment to
repatriate; the Second Party will bring the Household workers to POLO for the Quit claim and Noted by
the Philippines Embassy before the worker will be repatriated back to the Philippines. This is to avoid
Workers claim against the FIRST and SECOND PARTY.

For unpaid salary and other complaints Second party must resolve the complaint within 15 working days.
On Repatriation, The Second party will not charge expenses and damages to the First Party, when the
worker has rendered services to employer for more than 3 month instead the FIRST PARTY will replace
the repatriated worker. Flight Tickets of the repatriated worker will be shouldered by the First Party if the
worker is in KSA from 1 to 3 months and will be shouldered by the Second Party if the worker stays more
than the 3 months period respectively.
First party will only replace a worker for the employer only one time. Once the replaced worker refuse for
any reason the first party will no longer replaced for the second time.
First party will source and supply the Second party with qualified and fit to work
applicants. From ages 23 to 47 years old only. Minimum number of deployment per month is
30 Household workers. It is also understood that Remittance rate per head will be adjusted and change
depends on the number deployment per month. ( Table: 1 to 50 pax = $2,800.00; 51 to 70 pax = $3,000.00
& 71 pax Onwards = 3,200.00 USD )

First party agrees to replace the household worker when medically proven unfit or pregnant upon arrival
in KSA and Refuse to Work without any reason with in the 3 months guarantee replacement period .

If the employer sends home the household worker without bringing the worker to a counterpart agency
and without the knowledge of First Party regarding the repatriation , The First party agency is not obliged
to replace the worker.
Be Guided with the following Important Notice: All repatriation must obtain a Waiver , Quit Claim ,
SENA and Written Statement seen and noted by POLO , Without following the documentary
attachments sent to the First Party, All Claims made by the Household Worker in the Philippines (OWWA,
NLRC, POEA, DOLE) It is the Second Parties liability to send the amount of claim for the settlement.
First party agrees to deploy the Household worker within 45 days upon receipt of the contract from the
Second Parties office. Subject to the availability of documents and flights, Only government to
government intervention and procedures will cause delays of the deployment and the 45 working days
deployment will be reconsidered.
Both parties agree that the Replacement Guarantee for a Household worker to be replaced is only 3
months ( 90 days ) and exceeding the period will no longer obliged the First party to replaced or return
the accrued cost of recruitment and documentations to the Second Party.
Both parties agree that the Second party must inform the First party details of repatriation of workers.
Failure of Notice relayed about the repatriation to the First party will free the later of any cost of
repatriation.

Household workers who seek medical attention and assistance, Medical reports will be furnished to the
First Party.

For and and in considerations of the above terms and agreement the Parties hereunto set their hands
this 2nd day of September 2019 at Makati City Philippines.
