GINATAANG TILAPIA NA MAY MGA GULAY

INGREDIENTS

1 pc. Tilapia
2 cups coconut milk
4 cloves garlic crushed
1 pc. Onion chopped
1 thumb ginger cut into strips
2 pcs long green pepper
8 pcs. Long string beans
8 pcs okra
3 tablespoons cooking oil
Squash leaves
Turmeric leaves
Garabo

Instruction:

1. Heat the cooking oil in a cooking pot


2. Saute the onion, garlic, tomato, ginger on the hot oil
3. Once the onion become soft, pour the coconut milk into the pot. Let boil and cover. Cook for 5
minutes between low to medium heat
4. Add chili pepper and tilapia. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Add long green chili pepper, string ebean and garabo leaves. Cook for 3 minutes
6. Add okra, alugbati, squash leaves, then pour the remaining coconut milk and cook for another 1
minute.
7. Transfer to a serving plate. Serve hot and enjoy
