1 YEAR EXPERIENCE IN THE By- Product Plant of Coke Plant

 Having construction and operational experience of two by product plants.

 Can properly handle the situations like blower trip, ETP trip. Fully acquainted with blower
change over, PGC change over. ETP change over, hot flushing of PGC & ETP, total handling of
utility &GC pump house, scrubber online, distillation column online, Claus kiln operations,
packing area operations.
 A competent professional with proficiency in streamlining coke oven process, defining
continuous improvement processes, accelerating employees’ strengths and imparting training
for the improvement in the operational process.
 Properly handle and control all the parameters at DCS. A regular operator of DCS, and main
control room.

 Having sufficient knowledge and experience on gas purging, hydro tests, pressure tests,
precomissioning activities
 Adeptness in providing guidance and leadership to staffs in accordance with specified program
objective.
