In line with the DepEd Order 24, s. 2008 known as the Institutionalization of the Brigada
Eskwela Program or the National Schools Maintenance Week (NSMW), the undersigned, in behalf of
Name of School, is humbly asking your participation in the said program.

The program starts on Brigada Eskwela Schedule. If you and your associate are willing to be a part of
it, you may come to the school on or in between the dates mentioned at your utmost convenient time
from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday – Friday.

Among the Activities/Program that will help our school and make it ready for the next school year are

cleaning of the school grounds
painting of school walls
cleaning of classrooms and office
pruning/trimming of trees around the school
watering of plants
sorting papers and garbage
fixing of garbage disposal
renovating broken school ceilings
repair of dilapidated chairs
varnishing students’ chairs and tables
repair of makeshift building

Your presence and your endeavor will surely benefit not just the school but also the community that
our school envisions to shape. Your help will surely make a difference and will be appreciated.
