Candidate should be able to work closely with customers to understand their business
requirements and tailor Fusion solutions to their needs.
Candidate should be able to use a functional specification and create technical specs and build
code as per requirements.
Candidate should have extensive experience in Payroll technical domain working across
different technical workstreams for RICEW development e.g. Interfaces, Reports, Conversions,
Workflows.
Candidate should be familiar with test planning, execution and test result documentation
activities.
Candidate should be experienced in code migration and release management processes.
Candidate should be able to manage a team of 4-6 junior team members.
Candidate should have ability to hold demos, functional and technical discussions with onshore
teams including end customer.
Candidate should have extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical tools – HCM Data
Loader [HDL], Payroll Batch Loader [PBL], HCM Extracts, Oracle Transactional Business
Intelligence [OTBI], Fast Formulas, Approval Workflows specifically related to payroll objects.
Good knowledge of Oracle delivered Payroll extracts and reports.
Good knowledge of Oracle HCM Data Models and expertise is BI Publisher is a must.
Candidate should have experience in Payroll areas like Payroll Run Results, Deductions/Element
Entries, Balances, Adjustments, Costing, Taxes for US and UK geographies.
Knowledge of Paycheck and Payslip customization is an added advantage .
