Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant – Payroll Technical

Roles And Responsibilities

 Candidate should be able to work closely with customers to understand their business
requirements and tailor Fusion solutions to their needs.
 Candidate should be able to use a functional specification and create technical specs and build
code as per requirements.
 Candidate should have extensive experience in Payroll technical domain working across
different technical workstreams for RICEW development e.g. Interfaces, Reports, Conversions,
Workflows.
 Candidate should be familiar with test planning, execution and test result documentation
activities.
 Candidate should be experienced in code migration and release management processes.
 Candidate should be able to manage a team of 4-6 junior team members.
 Candidate should have ability to hold demos, functional and technical discussions with onshore
teams including end customer.

Qualifications And Skills

 Candidate should have extensive experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Technical tools – HCM Data
Loader [HDL], Payroll Batch Loader [PBL], HCM Extracts, Oracle Transactional Business
Intelligence [OTBI], Fast Formulas, Approval Workflows specifically related to payroll objects.
 Good knowledge of Oracle delivered Payroll extracts and reports.
 Good knowledge of Oracle HCM Data Models and expertise is BI Publisher is a must.
 Candidate should have experience in Payroll areas like Payroll Run Results, Deductions/Element
Entries, Balances, Adjustments, Costing, Taxes for US and UK geographies.
 Knowledge of Paycheck and Payslip customization is an added advantage .

Experience And Background

 Bachelor’s Degree with 60% or more.

 5+ years of experience in in Oracle ERP solution implementation for US and UK based customers.
 Experience in atleast 2 full cycle Cloud implementations is a must.
 Prior experience in on-prem Oracle applications like E-Business Suite or PeopleSoft will be an
added advantage.
 Oracle Cloud Certified candidate is preferred.
