Position: Clerk Processor B
Job Overview
Clerk Processor B perform various administrative and clerical task to support our offices. I
undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from filling and answering the phone to
assisting in conducting meetings and other events.
Prepare files & materials and assist in meetings and other systems events.
Prepare and submit reports.
a) Training Proposal
b) Trainings conducted
c) GAD accomplishment Report, etc.
Assists in IA’s concerns
Attend trainings, seminar and workshops.
Maintain files and records
Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (letters, emails, etc.)
Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word
processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
Perform other office duties as assigned.
