Job Overview
Clerk Processor B perform various administrative and clerical task to support our offices. I
undertake a variety of activities in the office ranging from filling and answering the phone to
assisting in conducting meetings and other events.

Responsibilities and Duties

 Prepare files & materials and assist in meetings and other systems events.
 Prepare and submit reports.
a) Training Proposal
b) Trainings conducted
c) GAD accomplishment Report, etc.
 Assists in IA’s concerns
 Attend trainings, seminar and workshops.
 Maintain files and records
 Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (letters, emails, etc.)
 Answer the phone to take messages or redirect calls to appropriate colleagues
 Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word
processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
 Perform other office duties as assigned.
