MID-YEAR PERFORMANCE REVIEW and EVALUATION (MPRE) 2019

NARRATIVE REPORT

Day 1 (October 21, 2019)

Teachers should be updated with the latest technological advancements that will help in the
conduct of the day to day activities of being a teacher. The first day of MPRE is very exciting since we
will be learning new things that may help us to cope up with those technological advancements. On
this day, we are taught some of the basic of Adobe Photoshop using CS3 application. I learned from our
activity on how to make a brochure as well as the techniques in making certifications without hassle.
Further, I realized that teaching will be much easier if we are open and willing to equip ourselves with
these ICT integrations.

Day 2 (October 22, 2019)

During this day, I prepared our School Organizational Structure as part of SBM preparation.

Day 3 (October 23, 2019)

On the 3rd day we had our Eco Tour and Benchmarking at Mapawa, Maragusan, Compostela
Valley to be able to witness how the 3R’s, Reuse, Reduce, and Recycle was utilized to become one of
the attraction of their Ecological Park.

Day 4 (October 24, 2019)

The venue of our 4th day of MPRE was held on Maragusan National High School and our speaker
was the very own principal of the said school who share his knowlwdege about: Awakening the Genius
in the Classroom, Classroom Management, and Action Research.

Day 5 (October 25, 2019)

We worked out our documents and narrative for the whole duration of MPRE 2019.
