なぜOSIPに参加しなければなりませんか?
1) Peng a laman internship di Jepang tent u saja akan memikat perusahaan Jepang untuk
merekrut siswa di masa depan. (日本でのインターンシップの経験はもちろん日本企業に将来の
学生を募集するきっかけとなります。)
2) Meningkatkan kemampuan bahasa Jepang selama internship. (インターンシップ中の日本語
能力を向上させます。)
3) Memahami tata cara bisnis dan budaya dunia kerja Jepang. (日本の仕事のビジネスと文化の条例
を理解する。)
4) Siswa tidak dapat mempelajari semangat & budaya bisnis Jepang dari buku, kamu harus
merasakan pengalaman sebenarnya yang sangat penting bagi karir siswa di masa depan. (本

5) Siswa akan mempelajari operasional bisnis secara keseluruhan,tidak menutup kemungkinan
jika siswa untuk dapat menjalankan bisnisnya sendiri dimasa depan nanti. (学生は、将来自
分のビジネスを実行できる可能性を閉じないように、全体的な業務を学びます。)
6) Siswa diharapkan untuk bisa lulus JLPT N2 atau JLPT N1 setelah melaksanakan program
internship. (インターンシッププログラムを実施した後、JLPT N2またはJLPT N1に合格できるこ
とが期待されます。)
7) Dengan mengirimkan mahasiswanya ke program ini, universitas dapat memperluas
jaringannya ke dunia bisnis Jepang. (プログラムに学生を送信することにより、大学は日本のビ
ジネスの世界にネットワークを拡張することができます。)
8) Siswa bisa mendapatkan uang saku YEN dan menabungny untuk investasi di masa depan .

Detailed Explanation of the Program
(プログラムの詳細説明)
1. OS I P C o u n t y Pa r t i c i p a n t s & re g a rd i n g t h e J a p a n e s e L a n g u a g
e A b i l i t y (OSIP郡参加者・日本語能力について)
For the students fro m China , Korea , Taiwan , Ho ngKong , Indonesia , Vietnam
,Malaysia , M yanmar and Bangladesh; they are eligible to partici pate the internship-prog
ram in Japan for 3 months , 6 mon ths , or 1 year. Students attend the internship pro
gram in host-company in Japan 8 hours a day, 4 0 hours within a week , 2 days-o f f
i n a week . Students are outstanding bachelor-degre e students fro m Japanese
language departments or other departments. Students must possess JLPT N3 or higher
level .
中国、韓国、台湾、香港、インドネシア、ベトナム、マレーシア、ミャンマー、バングラデシュから
の留学生向け。日本でのインターンシッププログラムに3ヶ月、6ヶ月、1年間参加する資格がありま
す。日本のホスト企業のインターンシッププログラムに1日8時間、週40時間、1週間で2日休み。学生
は、日本語学科や他の学科の学士課程の学生を出しています。JLPT N3以上のレベルを有する者。

dikonfirmasi, jika tidak ada masalah dalam w a w a n c ara penerimaan
yang dilakukan via internet , jika sudah diputuskan maka dil
anjutkan ke pros edur selanju t n y a.
Pros pective applicants will be selected by the university then the c a ndidates will be
interviewe d by the pro gra m manager of the OS IP pro gra m to confirm the personal
data that are sent by email . After being c on f irmed , if there are no pr ob lems in the
re ce ption-interview co nducted by the Interne t ,once it is decided then pr oc eed to the
next pr oc edure .
候補者は大学によって選択され、メールで送信される個人データを確認するためにOSIPプログラムの
プログラムマネージャによって面接されます。確認後、インターネットによる受付面接に問題がなけ
れば、決まったら次の手続きに進みます。

入学の目的や条件を確保するために、選択された大学やホスト会社は、プログラムセンターのマネー
ジャを介しての覚書に署名します。
4. Ex p e n s e s
Biaya tra nspo r t a s i dan akom od asi un t u k ke Jepang dan dari

Jep ang d an k e d a ta n g an ditanggung oleh peserta .
Transportation and accommodation costs to Japan and from Japan, also the expenses incurred for
the departure and the arrival to Japan borne by the participants.
* Passport , VISA , etc are borne by the participants.
また 、交 通や 宿泊 施設 の日 本へ 、日 本か らの コス ト、 出発 のた めに 発生 した 費用 と、 参加 者が
負担日本へ到着。
パスポート、VISA などは、参加者が 負担しています。
5. F i n a n c i al S up p or t
Unt uk mensupport kebutuhan hidup peserta internship selama di Jepang,
pihak perusaha an akan memberikan uang saku berdasarkan upah
minimum yang berlaku di wilayah tempat peserta bekerja . Kemudian,
biaya tempat tingga l dan on g k os harian dari tempat tingga l ke tempat
kerja juga ak an d i s e s uai k an d e n g a n k e b i ja k an y ang b e r l ak
u d i m as i ng - mas i n g p e rus a haa n.
To s u p p o r t the life needs o f internship-participants in Japan,the host company will
provide the wage based-on the minimum wage implemented i n the areas where the
participants work. The n , f o r t he apartment and transportation expenses fro m t he apartment
to the work-place will be adapted according to t h e prevailing p o licies of each host-
company.
日本のインターンシップ参加者の生活ニーズをサポートするために、ホスト企業は、参加者が働く地域
で実施される最低賃金に基づいて賃金を提供します。その後、アパートから職場までのアパートや交通
費については、各ホスト企業の一般的な方針に従って適応されます。
For example : Host co mpany will provide financial supports equaled to the implemented
minimum-wage (for instance:850 YEN per hour) plus will cover the 50% of accommodation
expense.The monthly wage approximately will b e 120 . 000 YEN.
例: ホスト企業は、実施された最低賃金(例えば:時給850円)に等しい財政支援を提供し、宿泊費の50%を
カバーします。月額賃金は約120.000円です。
