Healthy food is one that does not cause short-term


or long-term health problems to the user . It should
neither be contaminated nor have injurious content .
Eating vegetables and fruits in large quantities
helps to reduce the risk of developing chronic
diseases such as diabetes . It is because vegetables
provide nutrients needed in maintaining good
health such as cucumber , broccoli , and others .
Then , we should avoid to eat junk food which is
the key causes of obesity . For example , we must
avoid eat high calorie , high fat , high sugar and salt
content foods which can increase heart disease .
After that , the fruit that we can eat such as lemon
because one lemon contains more than 100 percent
of your daily intake vitamin C which may increase
good cholesterol levels and strengthen bones .
