It is because vegetables provide nutrients needed in maintaining good health such as cucumber , broccoli , and others . Then , we should avoid to eat junk food which is the key causes of obesity . For example , we must avoid eat high calorie , high fat , high sugar and salt content foods which can increase heart disease . After that , the fruit that we can eat such as lemon because one lemon contains more than 100 percent of your daily intake vitamin C which may increase good cholesterol levels and strengthen bones .
