Greetings from Philippine Volleyball Federation!

The PVF Referees Commission is pleased to inform you that we will be holding once again the PVF
Referees Accreditation and Rules of the Game Refresher at Ritz Tower de Leyte, Tacloban City on
November 3-5, 2017.

This biennial event is intended to all the licensed and accredited referees of the Philippine Volleyball
Federation for the renewal and upgrading of their accreditation level. Moreover, this will be a venue
to update all the PVF Referees on the latest trend in the mechanics of volleyball officiating, standard
interpretation of the rules and the referees’ code of conduct.

Arrival : November 2, 2017
Date : November 3-5, 2017
Departure : November 5, 2017
Venue : Ritz Tower de Leyte, Tacloban City
Registration Fee : Php 4,500 (inclusive of Accreditation Kit, Food and Accommodation for 3 days
and Referee Shirt)
Interested participants are required to have their personal whistle and to wear the prescribed
referees’ uniform (Navy blue slacks with white belt, plain white polo shirt and predominantly white
rubber shoes) for the entire duration of the event.
