SUBMISSION AND DISPLAY OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL LEARNERS’ PRODUCTS

TO: Secondary School Principals

This Division

1. This has reference to the letter of Usec Jesus L. R. Mateo, dated September 6, 2019
regarding the conduct of the National Planning Conference 2019, which will be held
on October 21-27, 2019 in General Santos City.

2. As requested, Sultan Kudarat Division shall install Booth Exhibit that will showcase
the Senior High School learners’ products that maybe available for purchase by the
participants of the conference.

3. The identified secondary schools in-charge of the Booth Exhibit will be the President
Quirino NHS and Bambad NHS. They will take charge of the establishment of SHS
Booth Exhibit, quality assure the SHS products to be displayed, and facilitate the
provision of transportation of the products to SM Mall, General Santos City and vice
versa.

4. Anent this, we are requesting all secondary schools to support this endeavor by
making your respective SHS learners’ products be available on the scheduled dates.
Submit your products with the corresponding price/s to Mrs. Christy S. Bagayas,
Principal of Bambad National High School.

5. Should you have queries in the booth exhibit please contact Mr. Aristoteles Costales,
Principal of President Quirino NHS at 0956-469-1170 and Mrs. Christy S. Bagayas,
Principal of Bambad NHS at 0926-940-4499.

6. Travelling and other incidental expenses are chargeable against school MOOE/local
funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules and procedures.

7. Widest dissemination of this Memorandum to all concerned is hereby enjoined.
