The last company

How has your education prepared you for your career?

It prepare me to overcome any task and obligation in my life career. And also it provide enough
knowledge for me to be a leader not with pride but with respect.

What were your duties in your previous position?

I am a field engineer at DPWH Biliran Sector.

What was your greatest achievement in that position?

I was broadcasted worldwide as an Engineer of passion and creativity of work.
Why did you leave your former company?
Since I was known, it provides me the opportunity to seek more about my career of life. I leave because I
know life is a journey and the reason I leave is because I know there's nothing for me to bloom in that
company.

What was the most challenging engineering project you've worked on, and how
did you overcome the difficulties it presented?
As a field engineer, I am responsible in making building in line with futuristic model. Almost all building in
Naval province was my idea and I think that was the most challenging part of my career since its part for
me to consider how people feel and think if I to build in that kind of matter.

How do you manage your time during a fast-paced engineering project, and how
have you improved your time management over the course of your career?
As you can see in Naval Biliran, it's a fast growing province and plan to become a city. So i manage my
time through working as a team and trust the capability of my subordinate for I know they play a big role
in my career.

Why are you currently unemployed?

I am still searching to fit my capability to enable advancement for future development.

What have you accomplished outside of school and work that you are proud of?
I am to present the province I work on in my past, the Naval province which soon to be a city of joy.

What are your salary expectations?

Salary is not literally the cause of my perseverance, but the joy of work. I love doing work that fits my
ability and Im willing to take any salary wt your will.

Civil engineering is my pride and joy, I persevere and determined to this job for I know it is my dream. So,
i select your company to be part of you is because I want to boost both the company and my experience
in a field of civil engineering.

Describe a major problem you encountered on the job. How did you deal with
it?
In my last job, I encounter conflict. I deal with it by listening there suggestion and come up with agreed
solution.

What type of engineering work do you have the greatest passion for, and why
do you enjoy it so much?

I enjoyed working on the field. I made a lot of friends and became close with all
my subordinates.

Describe a time when you questioned your choice of engineering as a career or

major.

When I became tired and wanted to rest my body for days. I always thought that I
cannot do it but I did.

Describe an occasion when you worked on a team and something did not go
well. How did you respond?

That is when our equipments are not cooperating with us so what I did was find
an alternative solution wherein it will be very helpful to both the building and the
workers.

Describe a time when you received criticism from a supervisor or professor. How
did you respond?

When I made a plan for a certain and project andthe supervisors did not approved
for they believe i canmot handle such projects. But I explained and fought for my
own opinion.

In what ways does it benefit an engineering student to be able to interact with a

real project like this.

It made me very proud of myself because I achieved such accomplishment at a

young age.
