Musicianship for the Commercial Vocalist

I feel like most of the things Kate Paradise is teaching about are very helpful to

both music teachers and students. I really like when she’s talking about improvisation

and she gives the example of “Superstition” as an example and she tells her students to

make something new up with the rhythm of the song. It gives you a way better feel of

the song. I also really liked her segment about lead sheets. I learned a few new things

from this and it was very easy to follow, I enjoyed listening to her. She is a very good

speaker, and very easy to listen to.
