Dear Mr. Tan:

Greetings of Peace!

I write this letter to manifest my desire to lease a commercial space under

your management located at Paseo de Olok St., Brgy. V-D, San Pedro,
Laguna.

I am aware that it has an area of more or less Seventy Five Square Meters
(75 sqm) which to be honest, is too big for my need. I plan on putting up my
law office and for that purpose, I will be needing just a small portion
workable enough to run the office.

In connection with this, may I humbly request that I be allowed to lease a

portion of said area which might be acceptable to you. As I am just starting
my practice, my budget is around P7,500.00 to 10,000.00. In addition, the
undersigned is very much willing, as I should be, to bare the cost of expense
of improvement of the area including the cost of constructing
divisions/doors/etc, which of course, is subject to whatever restriction that
you may impose. Should your good office consider this with some
reservation, please feel free to decide on how much area corresponds to my
budget. Likewise, please let me know of whatever counter-offer you have in
