SCOPE AND DELIMINATION OF THE STUDY

This research is focused on Business One Stop Shop Program and It's
Effectiveness on the Tax Collection Performance in Santa Rosa, Laguna. The
researchers aims to understand the implementation of Business One Stop Program.
They gathered information about its effectiveness to enhance the tax collection
performance. In addition, they will asked the employee's experiences and problems
encountered. They will find out if it really make their job more efficient. Likewise,
providing good services to the business owners who want to register and renew
their business permit. The participants are the employees of Business Permit and
Licensing Office where the researchers had their immersion and discovered that
Business One Stop Program was their major event held every January in Sta. Rosa
Laguna in order to accommodate more businesses to register and renew.
The researchers have ____ participants only. There would be ____ females and
____ males or even vice versa. They chose those participants because they are
knowledgeable and gain experiences on Business One Stop Shop Program. The
process that is not related to the said program is not included especially the
information that is confidential which serve as their own privacy towards their work
and as a respect on the management's decisions. This study covered the academic
year 2019 to 2020.
