In accordance with Division Memorandum, No. 422, s. 2019, all applicants for
Elementary teaching positions are required to take an English Proficiency Test as part of
the hiring process of the Department of Education.

I had finished my Tertiary Education at Bukidnon State University, Trento External

Studies Center with a degree of Bachelor of Elementary Education. As an applicant for
an Elementary teaching. I am writing this letter to express my intent to take the said exam
scheduled on December 1, 2019 at Patin-ay Central Elementary School, Prosperidad,
Agusan del Sur.
