In the first day the manager of the company Mr.Nagaraj gave me some intoduction about
the ogranisation in a short manner.He told me that Jai Chakra Print Pack Pvt Ltd is a
private incorporated on 02 September 2011.It is classified as Non government company
and is registered at Registrar of Companies, Chennai.Its authorised share capital is
5,00,000 and its paid up capital is 2,00,000.It is involved in Printing and Service activities
related to Printing
Jai Chakra Print Pack Private Limited’s Annual General Meeting (AGM) was
last held on 28 September 2017 as per records from Ministry of Corporate
Affairs.Directors of Jai Chakra Private Limited are Karupiah Kamaraj and Thangavel
Velmayil.
After giving me these instructions he took me inside the factory and shown
me all the departments in the organisation and said that we will see every departments
day by day.
