Mara Aquino, of legal age, Filipino citizen, residing at B86 L29 PH 4 VILLA DE CALAMBA BRGY LA
MESA CALAMBA CITY LAGUNA, to be my/our true and lawful Attorney-in-Fact, for me/us and in my/our
name, place and stead, and for my/our own use and benefit to do the following acts and deeds :

1. To apply for, negotiate, and obtain a loan from SECURITY BANK CORPORATION (the "Bank") in the
principal amount not to exceed one million seven hundred fifty one thousand one hundred sixteen & 02/100
(1,751,116.02) Philippine Currency, (the "Loan"), for the purpose of purchasing real property from AMAIA, at
such terms and conditions as may be agreed with the Bank :

2. To encumber, mortgage, or assign and convey by the way of FIRST MORTGAGE unto the Bank, its
successors and assigns the real property to be purchased in my/our behalf, located at block 30 lot 28 Ph 2 Amaia
Scapes Brgy Santiago General Trias Cavite as security for the prompt payment of the said LOAN, including its
renewals , extensions, rescheduling, restructuring, reavailments or amendments thereof :

3. To make, sign, execute, and deliver contracts, documents, agreements, and other writings of whatever nature
or kind, such as but not limited to Promissory Note (s), Deed of Real Estate Mortgage / Pledge, Loan
Agreement, debit authorizations, debit memos, and any and all other documents or papers necessary to evidence
availment of the credit, with any all third persons, concerns, or entities, as may be necessary or proper in
connection with the foregoing upon the terms and conditions as my said Attorney-in- Fact, in his / her
discretion, may deem to be in my best interest :

4. To duly receive on my/our behalf the proceeds of the said Loan, through the following mode of payment :
☐ issuance of a manager’s check under my/our name with authority to endorse, deposit or encash the same; or
☒issuance of a manager’s check under my/our attorney-in fact’s name; or
☐crediting the loan proceeds to my/our account with the Bank; or
☐ crediting the loan proceeds to the account of my/our attorney-in fact with the Bank with account
no. ________________________.
as well as legal notices or processes directed to me/us in the event of foreclosure or other satisfaction of the suit
premised on the Deed of Real Estate Mortgage / Pledge to be executed by my/our Attorney-in-Fact in favor of
the Bank as security for the aforesaid Loan:

5. To claim from the Bank, upon full payment of the credit accommodations / facilities for which my/our
property stands as collateral, the Owner's Duplicate Copy of the Title aforementioned.

6. To do and perform any and all acts necessary for the faithful execution of the foregoing acts and deeds.

“GIVING AND GRANTING unto my attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and perform
every act or acts whatsoever requisite and necessary to be done in and about the premises, as fully to all legal
intents and purposes as I might and could lawfully do if personally present, HEREBY RATIFYING AND
CONFIRMING any and all acts of my attorney-in-fact performed in my behalf or to my benefit consistent
with the foregoing, which may have been done or executed prior to the issuance of this power of attorney.”
 This Special Power of Attorney shall be valid and subsisting and shall remain in full force and effects unless
otherwise revoked or amended by me/us in writing and duly served upon the Bank.
