Operators Association (ATDOA), who are your business constant customers, are,

pud niay daghan guapo diri sa Aurora pero wa guy chance makonsehal. Unya na
BM pa jud ko diri sa AIMCoop, a billionaire Coop daku baya garbo nimo nga
director ka sa usa sa mga bantogang kooperatiba sa Pilipinas Top (5)
 Bitaw the mayor is not here becoz he left for CDO yesterday and until now
he is still there. You know the mayor is the busiest man in town so we can’t have
him anytime we want. Like in this occasion now you want him to be your guest
but he cannot make it. So mantinil nalang jud mo Mayol ron.

The supposed part of the mayor in this program is to deliver a partnership

message pero wala man siya’y gibilin nga written message nga ako unta basahon
so ako nalang jud ni nga mensahe.

The supposed message that the mayor is to deliver now is partnership

message which is to me an appropriate message a mayor to deliver because of
the following reasons: 2 the MG of Aurora AimCoop are both partners in the
delivery of developmental and welfare programs and services to the people of
Aurora (MG Delivers Health, Education, Agriculture and other social services)

And these services are also delivered by AIMCoop

a. HEALTH (Medical Clinic with highly competent doctors being medical

specialist; diagnostic laboratory with affordable fees no need to go to
Pagadian; Medical dental optical missions
b. EDUCATION – LAB Coop (Educating the children on financial literacy and
value of saving, scholarship program for children of migs members
c. AGRICULTURE (Agri-AKO, Swine Dispersal, PCIC)

So with these programs and services delivered both MG & AIMCoop it is exactly
correct to say that both are really partners in making Aurora marching further to
progress and development.

- Pero para nako mas lamang ang AIMCoop kini in the area as financial
provider with its loaning program nga karon being made easy for avail ment
by the members with low interest rate – zero interest
- Kining maong produkto sa AIMCoop daku kaayo gikatabang sa mga
membro (daghan na ka balay/repair, nakapa graduate sa mga anak high-
school/college, nakapalit sakyanan, nakapaadto sa anak/bana/asawa
abroad aron manarbaho. Nakalukat sa prenda yuta/basakan, nakapuhunan
sa negosyo, naka libre bayranan sa hospital, nakapakasal sa anak, bulhot
loan sa Aimcoop nakasulbad alicengaw ug forting fortunate utuga.
- Ug wala kini sa MG kay wala man magpahulam hinoon kamo pa mobayad
diha sa buhis, business permit ug uban pang balayranan.

On the part of the Sangguniang Bayan should there are concerns of

AIMCoop that necessitate legislative action. I assure that I will be your voice in
the Sangguniang Bayan being former officer as Board member I can move for a
resolution, deliver manifestation for the favorable consideration of AIMCoop
concern/request even if I’m not the chairman of the Committee Cooperatives
(agriculture, fishery, livelihood) ako Committee on Education and laws, rules.
But I can easily do it because I am the majority floor leader in the SB I am the
leader of the majority block in the SB.

Sa mga Micro Leaders & members nga nia karon ang akong pagdayeg sa
inyong way paglubad nga pakig-usa ug pagsalig sa AIMCoop hinaut nga
magpadayon kini hangtod sa hangtod aron ang AIMCoop magpadayon sa iyang
pag-uswag ug kalig-on aron kini magpadayon isip partner sa MG in progress of
Aurora and its people.

For the member of the Board, the management, in behalf of the

mayor Boen I would like to express my appreciation first to the Board
member, who I had the chance to be of them for more than two year. I
hope your support to management, thru policy making will remain
unwavering; your teamwork will always be there. So that the desired
progress of AIMCoop shall be effectively attained.
For the management under CEO faith masanegra and GM Emeritus, It
is my high impression that AIMCoop will further soar to greater heights,
more stable financially with the stewardship of CEO Faith with the guidance
of GM Emiritus – dili ko pul-an pagbalik-balik pag-ingon nga this Tandem is
very ideal it will surely achieve impressive performance. A tandem, a
combination of the old and the young, a combination of the wisdom and
experiences of the old and the idealism, dynamism of the young.
To the micro leaders and members, the AIMCoop officers and

JOIN COMMITTEE REPORT
COMMITTEE ON LAWS, RULES AND COMMITTEE ON TRANSPORTATION AND
PUBLIC UTILITIES

SUBJECT: REQUEST OF THE MAYOR PASSAGE OF A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING

HIM TO SIGN AN AFFIDAVIT OF UNDERTAKING TO THE EFFECT TO
SETTLE THE STRONGHOLD INSURANCE CO., INC. FOR THE REPAIR OF
THE DAMAGED FUSO WINGVAN TRUCK IN A VEHICULAR INCIDENT
INVOLVING THE BACKHOE LOADER OWNED BY THE MUNICIPAL
GOVERNMENT OF AURORA.

OBSERVATION/FINDINGS:

1. The request of the mayor stemmed from a vehicular incident involving a

backhoe loader owned by the municipal government of Aurora and a
wingvan truck owned by Mary Hazyl Lim resulting to severe damage to the
wingvan for which its owner claimed payment to cover the cost of the
repair of the wingvan.
2. That the mayor as representative of the MLGU, the owner of the backhoe
loader undertake to settle Stronghold Insurance Co., Inc, the insurer of the
wingvan, to shoulder first the cost of the repair as there is no appropriation
in this year’s budget to fund the cost of the repair and that the municipal
government of Aurora will just refund the amount spent by the a
forenamed insurance in the repair of the wingvan out of next year’s
appropriation intended for said refundable.
3. The committee further found out that in the affidavit of undertaking, that
the mayor asked to be authorized to sign, there is no stipulation as to how
much is the estimated cost of the repair which is obligatory on the past of
the MLGU to refund.

RECOMMENDATION:

1. In view of the foregoing findings, the committee hereby recommends

passage of a resolution authorizing the mayor to sign the affidavit of
undertaking it being necessarily urgent in order to clear the MLGU from
such liability
2. It is further recommended that before the mayor signs the affidavit of
undertaking it is necessary that the possible or fixed cost of the repair be
known to preclude any possible excessive costing/billing on the part of the
repairer in the absent of an agreed amount of the repair
