Work Instructions of Warranty Criteria

 Here warranty is defined as the unit which was previously repaired at RV and has
been returned back to repair centre within 180 days from the date of Ok dispatch to
the repair centre.

 The warranty period may be varied as per contract agreement/PO signed with
customer.

 Warranty would be void in case the damage of warranty sticker or fault is found due
to following reasons:-

I. Unit found damaged due to wrong storage process at customer end.

II. Unit found damaged due to transportation.

III. Any kind of physical damage due to any reason after AT.

IV. Unit found with different failure.

V. Unit Found Burnt/Waterlogged.

VI. Missing or damage of warranty void sticker.

 The units which in under warranty will be subject to full repair process, paying
special attention to the customer reported fault, also required additional
soaking/Burning test at final functional testing stage.
