• It is more than the conventional Cost-Benefit Analysis, as
it takes in to consideration of ‘’Value’’, not ‘’money’’
alone.

• Inputs/Costs=Economics
• Outputs/Inputs=Efficiency
• Outcomes/Outputs=Effectiveness
• Outcomes/Costs=Value for Money
