1. Perform Goal Seek
Aim: To perform Goal Seek function using What- If Analysis in MS Excel

Purpose: To know about how much price or production we have to change to get the profit
of 8000/-

Procedure:

Step 1: Go to Excel Sheet

Step 2: Open the Demo data set and analyse the given question

Step 3: Go to What If Analysis- select Goal Seek

Step 4: Select the revenue cell as changing cell

Step 5: Enter the value of profit you want to get (i.e., 8000)

Step 6: Select the price cell or production volume cell which you want to change in order to
get the profit of 8000/-

Step 7: Click ok

Step 8: Check the result such that in order to get 8000 profit how much price you have to fix
for your product or how much production quantity you have to produce

Interpretation: So, In order to get a profit of 8000/- you need to change your price from 18/-
to 23 or change the production volume from 2000 to 3300 approximately so that you will get
a profit of 8000/-

4. Perform Regression
Aim: To perform Regression analysis for the given data set
Purpose: To know how much stock prices are effecting due to gdp, oil rates, cpi, interest
rates
Procedure:
Step 1: Go to excel and open the given data set
Step 2: Create 3 scenarios: 1. Add 30% more sales 2. 50% more sales 3. 50% less sales
Step 3: Calculate the sales and sum up the revenues of different revenues
Step 4: Go to What- If Analysis and select scenario manager
Step 5: add 3 scenarios and and create the 3 different scenario sales
Step 6: click enter to show the scenario result
Step 7: click on summary to get the summary scenario of that data set
Step 8: Analyse the result of 3 different scenario sales and sales revenue
Interpretation: So, to check and analyse the 3 different sales of pizza products, we use this
scenario manager to analyse the different scenarios of sales and sales revenue
