OBJECTIVE:
At the end of the activity, the participants should be able to describe the motion of falling objects.
Materials:
Sheets of paper Notebook

Procedures:

Part A.
1. Hold a piece of paper horizontally using your left hand and hold a notebook/thick cardboard horizontally using your
hand.
2. Drop the two objects at the same time from the same height.
3. Which of the two object reached the ground first? What could be the reason for this observation?

Part B.
1. Hold two identical pieces of paper horizontally using your both hands.
2. Drop the two objects at the same time from the same height.
3. What did you observe about the fall of the two pieces of paper?

4. Crumple one piece of paper.
5. Drop the crumpled paper and the flat sheet of paper held horizontally at the same time from the same height.
