Chicken Salpicon
A chicken breast
Half a kilo of broccoli
3 carrots
A cup of peas
Half a kilo of green beans
A medium lettuce
PREPARATION
First wash the chicken and vegetables
Then put the chicken in a small pot with water and boil it for
twenty minutes.
Cut all the vegetables into small pieces, and boil them in
another pot for about 4 or 5 minutes, but not the lettuce.
Then fray the chicken with a fork
And finally, mix all the vegetables with the frayed chicken in
a bowl, then add a little salt and lemon to taste
