I, ENOC BALQUIN, of legal age, Filipino, married, and resident of Brgy. San Francisco, Btac. Viejo,
Iloilo, Philippines, do hereby name, constitute and appoint AGUSTIN O. DEALLO, of legal age, married,
Filipino and a resident of Brgy. Managuit, Dumangas, Iloilo, Philippines to be my true and lawful attorney-in-
fact for me and in my name, place and stead, and perform the following things and acts to wit:

1. To process, transact, follow-up, represent and sign any and all documents needed with DENR
CENRO SARA – Barangay San Nicholas, San Dionisio and with any private or government offices
pertaining the charcoal that I am selling;

2. To receive/claim any documents and all other documents that would be issued by DENR
CENRO SARA and with any private or government offices.

3. To sell the said charcoal with any buyer.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto the said attorney-in-fact full power and authority whatsoever
requisite or necessary or proper done in and about the premises as fully do if personally present with power
of revocation, and hereby, ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney-in-fact shall lawfully do or cause
to be done under and by virtue of these presents.
