PRECAUTIONS FOR PIPE BENDING M/C

 Always use drawer oil on Mandrel Die after every

Operation.

 Always do oiling & lubrications in Nuts & Other oiling Parts.

 Don’t use the machine continuously for 3 Hrs.

 Check that Die Bolt is fully tightened.

 Die & Die base must be at resting point.(0,0)

 Tie rod must be tightened completely.

 Mandrel Rod should be tightened completely.

 Firstly check that all the parameters are right or not.

 Add 20 extra always for obtaining best results.

 If any problem is occurring or any chances of accident
please press EMERGENCY Button.
