Instructions for Students Visiting RRCAT on 24/08/2018

Dear Students kindly note following points for tomorrow 24.08.2018

1 All students will leave at 7.45 sharp in School Bus for RRCAT where workshop
will begin at 8.45 am

2 Every student will wear regular uniform with School ID and carry note book, pen
for writing and water bottle. The persons without a valid ID may be denied entry.

3. Snacks are arranged during the two intervals. No eatables are allowed inside
the auditorium. It is a strict condition. Students are requested not to litter inside
the auditorium to maintain the cleanliness.

4. Timing is 9.15 Am to 3.00 PM.

5. However students will reach back to the school premises around 5.00 pm from
where their parents can take them to home.

6.Cell phones are not allowed inside RRCAT premises however if any student
brings his/ her mobile can keep it with bus conductor, putting name- chit on it at
her/his own risk .
