Purpose ‘Acooperating organization is any reputable non-Rotary organization or academic institution that provides expertise, infrastructure, advocacy, training, education or other support for the grant. ‘Cooperating organizations must comply with all reporting and auditing activities required by the Rotary ‘Foundation and provide receipts and proof of purchase as required. This document serves to establish a ‘framework of cooperation and agreement between the aforementioned parties as it pertains to the implementation of a project financed by a Rotary Foundation Global Grant. 3. All parties acknowledge that Global Grant #6G1986824, if approved, will be awarded to ROTARY CLUB OF ZAMBOANGA CITY NORTH and ROTARY CLUB OF JINJU SEOGYEONG and not to DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, MANICAHAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, MANICAHAN BARANGAY COUNCIL, MANICAHAN PTA OR TESDA. All project funds will be in the custody of the partner Rotarians and will not be managed by DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, MANICAHAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, MANICAHAN BARANGAY COUNCIL, MANICAHAN PTA OR TESDA. DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, MANICAHAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, MANICAHAN BARANGAY COUNCIL, MANICAHAN PTA AND TESDA must abide by The Rotary Foundation grant terms and conditions. DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, MANICAHAN NHS, MANICAHAN BARANGAY COUNCIL, MANICAHAN PTA AND TESDA and its involvement in this project may be subject to financial and operational review /audit by The Rotary Foundation. RC OF ZAMBOANGA CITY NORTH SHALL: Help develop and plan the project with all stakeholders; Conduct community needs assessment; Forman oversight committee for monitoring & evaluation; Formulate a manual of operations to ensure suecession and put in place a system of procedures for transpareney & accountability; Visit the project regularly; Receive and evaluate reports of the project coordinator and the partner organization; Disburse funds; ‘Engage in fundraising for other expenses not covered by the Grant; Link teachers to concerned government agencies ‘Submit regular progress report to TRF, District 3850, and the sponsor clubs; Document the project; Raise public awareness in the district and communities of Rotary and the Project. DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, MANICAHAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, MANICAHAN BARANGAY COUNCIL, MANICAHAN NHS PTA AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION SKILLS AND. DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY sHaLt: ‘A. DEPeD will guarantee that all teachers handling techvoc courses are qualified and has undergone trainings in the subjects they are handling. Manicahan National High School will own, operate and maintain the techVoc equipments for the benefit ofthe students; B. The Manicahan Barangay Council and the Manicahan National High School Parent-Teachers Association will work with Manicahan National High School in safekeeping and securing the safety of the premises and the techVoe equipments. C. Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) will conduct assessment examination to students who graduated from techVoe Courses and issue Certificate of ‘Competencies or National Certificate for purposes of employment. 8 MODIFICATION Modifications within the scope of this documentshall be made by mutual consent of the parties, by the issuance of a written modification, signed and dated by ll parties, and approved by The Rotary Foundation prior to any changes being performed. 9. CONFLICT OF INTEREST Any real or perceived conflicts of interest must be disclosed to ‘The Rotary Foundation, including any Rotarians serving as paid staff or board of directors for the cooperating organization. 10.
