DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION, MANICAHAN NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL, MANICAHAN BARANGAY COUNCIL, MANICAHAN NHS PTA AND TECHNICAL EDUCATION SKILLS AND. DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY sHaLt: ‘A. DEPeD will guarantee that all teachers handling techvoc courses are qualified and has undergone trainings in the subjects they are handling. Manicahan National High School will own, operate and maintain the techVoc equipments for the benefit ofthe students; B. The Manicahan Barangay Council and the Manicahan National High School Parent-Teachers Association will work with Manicahan National High School in safekeeping and securing the safety of the premises and the techVoe equipments. C. Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) will conduct assessment examination to students who graduated from techVoe Courses and issue Certificate of ‘Competencies or National Certificate for purposes of employment. 8 MODIFICATION Modifications within the scope of this documentshall be made by mutual consent of the parties, by the issuance of a written modification, signed and dated by ll parties, and approved by The Rotary Foundation prior to any changes being performed. 9. CONFLICT OF INTEREST Any real or perceived conflicts of interest must be disclosed to ‘The Rotary Foundation, including any Rotarians serving as paid staff or board of directors for the cooperating organization. 10.
