This AGREEMENT OF SALE CUM GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY is made
and executed on this the ___ day of JANUARY 2019, at SRO, SANGAREDDY by and between:
Hereinafter to be called and referred to as the "Vendors cum Principals” (which
expression unless repugnant to the context shall mean and include all their legal representatives, executors, administrators, successors, nominees and assignees, etc.) of the FIRST PART.
AND
Hereinafter to be called and referred to as the "Vendee cum Attorney” (which
expression shall unless repugnant to the context shall mean and include all its legal representatives, executors, administrators and nominees and assignees, etc.) of the SECOND PART.
WHEREAS the husband of Vendor cum Principal No.1 Late Manne
Mukundam is the absolute owner, peaceful possessor and pattedars of the agricultural land admeasuring, situated in Rudraram Village, Patancheru Mandal, Sangareddy District, after the demise of said Manne Mukundam Vendor cum Principal No.1 succeeded land admeasuring T09180010782 and Patta No.1654, which is more fully described in the schedule hereto and hereinafter to be calledand referred to as the Schedule Property.
