COMMON ISSUE(S) ENCOUNTERED

You cannot open window 'Module' with your current License.

What to do? Run SAP Maintenance Utility. Follow these steps:

1. Close SAP Business One.

2. Open SAP Support Center located at (C:\Fasttrack Solutions Inc\SAP Support\ SAP Support
Center.exe)
3. Open SAP Maintenance, and click Perform Maintenance and wait for the message "Maintenance
Successful and all errors are fixed.”

4. Open SAP Business One and choose Change Company, click Refresh button to update the list of
the databases.

What to do?
RUN THE SERVICE MANAGER
1. Open the icon of SAP Service Manager from the taskbar.

2. SAP B1 Service Manager window will pop up. In Service, select

a. License Manager
b. Tick the Start when operating system starts check box
c. Click the Stop and Play button then OK. Close the screen
3. If the problem still remains open the Task Manager by pressing Ctrl + Shift + Esc. In the
Window Task Manager select the services tab and make sure that the MSSQL$SAP is
running.
