Commission (PRC) for RENEWAL of my PRC LICENSE, including signing
of all documents, including signing of all documents relating to
these matter. Any and all acts carried out by DIONISIO WALAWAD
LINDUGAN, on my behalf shall have the same effect as acts on my
own.
