We write on behalf of CalComp Technology (Philippines), Inc. (the “Company”) which filed a Listing
Application with The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. (“PSE”) for an initial public offering (“IPO”) of up
to 371,423,100 common shares of the Company with a par value of P1.00 per share, with an over-allotment
option of up to 55,713,500 common shares of the Issuer to be sold by Cal-Comp Electronics (Thailand)
Public Company Limited.
‘The Company’s IPO was approved by the Securities and Exchange Commission during its meeting held on
17 October 2019 and a pre-effective clearance was issued on 18 October 2019, Meanwhile, the Company's
Listing Application was approved by the PSE Board on 23 October 2019 and a notice of approval dated 24
October 2019 was issued on 25 October 2019,
‘We would like to inform the PSE that the start of the book-building period for the Company's IPO will be
moved from 29 October 2019 to 4 November 2019. The book-building period will end on 7 November
2019 and the final offer price will be set on that date. The change in the start of the book-building period
for the Company's IPO will be reflected in the red-herring Prospectus which will be delivered to the PSE
and uploaded on the Company’s website,
