Dear Sir,
Today we took delivery of the books sent by you as your No. A/47 dated the 5th Nov.
2019, but we are sorry to find that the books have been badly damaged in transit.
The Book-keeping and accounts (20 copies) almost all of them have been disfigured, a few
have lost their title while the others have been badly torn off. Company Law by Dr.M.K
Shukla (100 copies) have lost their finish and make-up and have been reduced to the level
of second hand books. Apparently the damage is due to poor packing.
The estimated loss comes to Rs.2500/-.Please let us know if you are willing to give us 30%
discount on these books or we should take steps to return the whole consignment to you.
An early action is this connection will be highly appreciated.
