ALIAS WARRANT OF ARREST

TO ANY OFFICER OF THE LAW:

An information has been filed against the above-named accused charging HIM with
the crime of Violation of Comelec Res. No. 9561-A or the Comelec Election Gun Ban
(Sec 261 (q) of BP 881 & Sec 32 of RA 7166.
The requisite investigation having been conducted by Associate Provincial Prosecutor
Charles Javier M. Calapini who certified under oath that there exists a reasonable
ground to believe that the crime charged has been committed and that the accused
is/are probably guilty, you are hereby commanded to arrest BELMOUR KENNEDY
CASTA ONLY who is said to be found at Brgy. Victoria, Bolinao, Pangasinan OR
ANYWHERE ELSE IN THE COUNTRY and bring HIM forthwith to the nearest police
station or jail.
You are hereby commanded to execute or cause the warrant to be executed within
ten (10) days from receipt hereof and within ten (10) days after the expiration of such
period you are to make your return. In case of failure to execute this warrant you have
to state your reasons therefore, but this warrant shall continue to be valid and
enforceable even after the lapse of ten (10) days from its issuance and shall remain
with you until it is fully enforced.
The bailbond for the provisional liberty of the accused is hereby fixed at P12,000.00.
