Multiculturalism in your Country; Region; City; School.
The italian society is a multicultural one because in our country are coexisting different culture from all
over the world; It is the same in our school and in particular in our class, we think that is a really positive
things because in this way ( living in contact with foreigners ) we have been learning how ti approach what
is different from our costums. We think that is an opportunity to learn that differences are not an excuse
to discriminate but is a pretext to take the best from the others, for this reason we believe that we should
evolve in a intercultural society.

Proposals:
our proposal are two, they have to encourage people to be more open-minded:

the first one is that we should intensify all the exchanges with others countries because, from our passed experiences,
living in a foreign family for some days is a great opportunity to learn how life is abroad. That is more important than a
vacation.

The second proposal is that we should do more intercultural activities in class, because in our opinion stay in contact
with others since we are young is helping to be more open-minded

What did you learn from this debate?

We learnt that we have different ideas but if we unify them we can do something concrete.

For example in one of our groups we could not find a positive aspect about multiculturalism but thinking
better and listening all our opinions we found it.
We believe that is the main goal of the debate: from multiply ideas build a unique one.
