RULES & REGULATIONS

1. Tournament will be conducted as per Latest FIDE and AICF rules.
2. Other rules will be displayed on Notice board at Venue
3. Spectators (Players who have finished their games, Parents, Managers and Coaches) should stay away
From playing area during the round.
4. General discipline should be maintained at tournament hall and lodging place.
5. Protest, if any, against the decision of the Arbiter shall be made in writing with a protest fee of Rs.1000/-
Within 15minutes of the occurrence of the incident. Protest fee will be refunded if the appeal sup held.
In case of any dispute Chief Arbiter’s decision will be final.
6. Chief Arbiters decision shall be final and binding to all.
7. To attend the closing ceremony of Championship is mandatory for all the participants.
8. All the prize winners must attend the Prize Distribution Function, if not then prizes will not be handed
Over to anybody else and prize will be forfeited.
9.The organiser reserves the rights to admit or refuse any entry without assigning any reason thereof.
Theyalso reserve the rights of admission to the venue.
10.Organizer has every right to make any addition or amendments to their rules,without notice. Such
Changes however displayed in the tournament hall.
11. No request towards waiver or refund of entry fees will not entertained.
 AMCA & AICF REGISTRATION FEE
AICF registration fee Rs. 250 and Maharashtra Players AMCA registration fee of Rs. 150 for the year 2019 -
20 is must for all participants and should be done online only.

ACCOMODATION& FOOD
1. Triple Sharing Basis/Dormitory will be provided to alloutstation Players. All players are
requested to confirm their entry before 2ndFeb-2020, otherwise they have to make their own
arrangements.
 Rs. 600/ Per Person for Entire Event Duration. (Accommodation)
 Rs. 250/ Per Person per Day for Entire Event Duration. (All Includes- Lunch/Dinner/Tea)
