Dear Sir/Madam:

Please excuse my son, Marc Louise J. Gavazan, for his absence yesterday due to
unbearable itchiness of his skin allergy caused by Viral Infection as diagnosed by the Doctor
during his medical check-up. He is currently under medication and was advised to go back to the
doctor after a week.
In this light, may I appeal to you to give my son another chance to take up any examination
or submit projects due during his absence that he may have missed.
I am hoping for your kindness and consideration. Attached are photocopies of his
laboratory results, and my Identification card for your reference.
