Product description: Heavy duty lifting system for steel sheets handling made of:
-Fixed beam in tubular frame 10.210 mm length
-N°4 magnetic modules connected to the beam with elastic suspension forks
-Electronic control ST500 unit with current saturation sensor (on board of the
beam), back-up control panel (available in case of failure of radio-pendant) and
selector (to suit 2 or 4 modules)
Modules lockable with safety chains for continuous use in stabilized horizontal
position.
Radio control pendant with adjustable frequencies for system operation (Pick-up,
Full-Mag, Demag, Safe, Power regulation)
Manufacturing standard: European Standard EN 13155
Electronic control unit is equipped with an electronic UCS saturation control system
to check the correct value of the current absorbed, to ensure that the modules
reached the full magnetic saturation.
Safety procedure: the basic working principles consist on a PICK-UP cycle (max
75%of the available clamping force) to test the load and lift it slightly in the air,
followed by a FULL-MAG cycle (100% of the available force) before starting the
handling operation. Sensing the actual load in the actual working conditions, this
practical approach makes handling operations safe.
Crane interface: the electronic control unit is “open” to full interface with the crane
(enable signals, system status / alarm signals, operation signals to run the cycles
from crane pendant).
Power absorption: 100 KVA 3-phase, 400VAC, 50Hz. Cycle time: 8”/cycle
Relevant wiring: 4 meter cable is supplied out of the control unit.
Lamp group: RED/GREEN lamps, to show the status of the system.
