ORDER:

One Vehicle was purchased for the use of office of the

Assistant Director, Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu Khadi and Village
Industries Board for more than 15 years back and it is not in good
working condition. The expenditure incurred for the above vehicle
towards repair have already been exceeded the ceiling limit.
Moreover a vehicle is necessary to inspect the units and also for
collection of dues. The Board has therefore proposed to replace the
above vehicle in the office of the Assistant Director, Nagercoil, and
to procure Mahindra Bolero at the rate of Rs.6.50 lakh.

2. In the letter read above, the Chief Executive Officer,

Tamil Nadu Khadi and Village Industries Board has requested the
Government to sanction a sum of Rs.6.50 lakh under Part-II
Scheme for the year 2013-2014, for Replacement of one Vehicle
in the Office of the Assistant Director, Nagercoil to procure
Mahindra Bolero.

3. The Government, after careful consideration, accept the

proposal of the Chief Executive Officer, Tamil Nadu Khadi and
Village Industries Board and accordingly sanction a sum of Rs.6.50
lakh (Rupees Six lakh and fifty thousand only) under Part-II
Scheme for the year 2013-2014, for replacement of one Vehicle in
the office of the Assistant Director, Nagercoil, for procuring a new
Mahindra Bolero.

4. The amount sanctioned in Para 3 above shall be debited

to:-

5. The Commissioner of Treasuries and Accounts, Chennai is

authorized to draw and credit the amount of Rs.6.50 lakh (Rupees
Six lakh and fifty thousand only) to the Personal Deposit Account of
the Tamil Nadu Khadi and Village Industries Board held with the
Government as mentioned below:-

6. The amount shall not be paid in cash but credited to the

above head of account by means of Cheque / Demand Draft drawn
in favour of Personal Deposit Account of Tamil Nadu Khadi and
Village Industries Board NBI.A/c No.6184513750.

7. The Chief Executive Officer, Tamil Nadu Khadi and Village

Industries Board is permitted to incur the expenditure and inform
the proceeds to the Government.

8. This order issues with the concurrence of Finance

Department vide its U.O.No.24581/Finance (Industries)/2013,dated
15.05.2013.
