Dear Candidate,
We are pleased to inform you that you have been PROVISIONALLY selected for admission at COMSATS University Islamabad
(CUI), Islamabad Campus, in the above named degree program.

Your admission will be confirmed after the payment of dues via bank draft from any bank amounting to Rs. 78500/- (Rs. 22000/-
one time charges + 56500/- Semester Dues - in the name of COMSATS University Islamabad (CUI), Islamabad Campus.
Last date for the submission of fee is 16-Jan-2020. Also bring two complete set of attested documents and offer letter
with fee draft.

It is also to be noted that if you decide to withdraw for any reason at any stage, there shall be no refund except caution money.

CUI has scheduled an Orientation Session on 01 February 2020 and 02 February 2020 at COMSATS University
Islamabad, Park Road, Tarlai Kalan, Islamabad, in relevant department. This session aims to acquaint the new entrants with
general policies and services of the Institute. Registration for courses is also completed and class schedule is given at this time.
Attendance at this session is mandatory for all new students. Classes will also commence from 03 February 2020 (subject to
change).

Please note that decision on admission is made in good faith on the basis of information provided by the applicant. If CUI during
verification of documents discovers that any false statement has been made or material information has been concealed or
omitted, then it reserves the right to withdraw the offer of admission or terminate registration at any stage.

Similarly, provisional admissions, which are offered to students who are awaiting their formal results, are liable to be cancelled in
case of failure to meet the eligibility criteria on announcement of result by the concerned university. It may please be noted that
this admission offer is purely provisional and is contingent to meeting all the requirements and conditions for the admission to
the program as stipulated, or any other rules/regulations/decisions of the institute in this regard.

Please note that, degree holders of foreign universities will have to get equivalence of their degrees from HEC and
also grading certificate from World Education Service (wes.org). Both the certificates must be submitted to
Admission Office till 11-Feb-2020 otherwise admission will stand cancelled.

IBCC.)
6. GAT General Test Result [Result card issued by NTS with two year validity, internet printouts is also
acceptable].
** Note:Your application submission is subject to the verification by the admission staff of relevant campus.
