the time of removal from existing storage, transport to on-site hauling truck, and during the
destruction process, ensured that all were not be recycled, reused or sold just like or similar to its
original intent and assured that SUCERE FOODS CORPORATION’s disposed residual waste
products/materials were not be made available in the market for human consumption.
