Dear Sir,

I’m Milo S. Pacoli, requesting for incomplete due to my difficulty catching up my requirements

because of the demand to take care of my family and church responsibilities as a head Pastor. If

not please allow me to submit even my final paper and some assignments that I prepared but failed

to pass it before the set deadline because I expected to improve it while in the province. I even

preached my final paper in one of the churches who invited me in Samar. Sir I asked for your kind

consideration to allow me at this time even a low grade, just for me not to repeat the entire course.

I really wanted to pass but due to my past circumstances I really don’t know how? I realised that I

find it hard to focus on my studies since our helper left us in the middle of the semester in Asian

Theological seminary. Also, the church became busier which I’m grateful enough to God for

blessing the church with these opportunities to minister to many people. We had an opportunity to

minister to 500 kids not including parents in Catbalogan, Samar just before the typhoon that made

my flight way back to manila being cancelled on the 24th of December that made me celebrate

Christmas without my wife and kids. And again, I need to travel again on the 27th I need to travel

again to the province without an electricity and internet due to typhoon and just returned to manila
midnight on the 4th of January 2020. I felt sorry for myself not doing good this semester, Sir I’m

hoping for you to give me a chance again to pass and to finish all my requirements in this subject.
